Unfortunately, we cannot make any adjustments to any order once its been submitted. Each order is sent immediately to our fulfillment centers for processing. If it's a personalized product, we suggest you double check the artwork prior to submitting the order.
Usually, a declined transaction is the result of the incorrect billing address entered. Other reasons may be an incorrect postal code, card number or CVV code entered. Another reason may be your bank may think its a fraudulent transaction and placed your account on hold. Please check with your bank to take the hold off of your account. If the transaction still doesn't work, we suggest you try using another payment method.
Once your order is placed, it is sent directly to our fulfillment centers. It usually takes 2 to 3 business days for the printing process and your order is then sent to logistics for packaging and delivery. Delivery time is based on the method of shipping you choose during checkout.
For our standard and premium shipping services, we use First Class Mail and Priority Mail respectively. For our express shipping service, we use Fedex for domestic orders.
Standard shipping takes 7 to 12 business days. Premium shipping takes 5 to 9 business days and Express shipping takes 3 to 6 business days. Business days are Monday thru Friday and excludes weekends and holidays. All times shown includes order processing and transit time.
Shipping is calculated by order value, number of products, and total volume. If multiple items are ordered, there may be two or more shipping rates shown because each item might be shipped from a different fulfillment center. Shipping starts at $4.99 and capped at $30 for domestic standard shipping.
Our standard and premium shipping service are available to these addresses, however; our express shipping service is not available to these addresses.
You have the option to enter a different shipping address during the checkout process. At this time, we can only ship one order to one address. If you would like to ship to two or more addresses, please place multiple orders with separate shipping addresses.
Due to certain adverse weather condition or economic issues, there may be occasional delays with your shipment. If there are delays, we will usually have a notice on our homepage stating the current conditions.

We don't accept returns on personalized products. However, if you received the wrong item, a shipping damage occured, or if there is a defect, please visit our return policy page to request a return.

We currently don't have design services available. However, we have 50,000+ designs available in the customizer. Click on "Design", then search for a free artwork to use on your product. You can also upload your own artwork or use the text tool to add text to your design. Start designing yours here.
Some stock images may be available on the customizer. If the stock image is published, it will be available in the "Upload" section of the customizer.
The file extension must be PNG, JPG, BMP or GIF file format. PNG files are preferred. Maximum file size should not exceed 10MB. DPI 200 for apparel and DPI 400 for other products. Maximum size 4000 x 4000 px.
Due to different monitor manufacturers', colors may vary slightly from each computer screen. Please refer to the product picture and not the product swatches as reference.
There are a few reasons why your design was rejected. It may have bad resolution, semi-transparent image, blurry design, contrast issue, highly personal design that may contain personal information, design mark that infringes on copyright laws, or violation of content guidelines.

nternational shipments can take up to 20 business days on average (around 4 weeks). Certain shipments may be delayed due to local cross border examination. Due to certain economic conditions, processing times may take slightly longer. Please contact customer service if you haven't received your order after 4 weeks.
We offer standard and express shipping services for all international shipments. Standard service takes 12 to 20 business days and express shipping takes 3 to 8 business days. We use USPS for standard deliveries and Fedex and DHL Express for express services.
If you have an international credit card, your bank may restrict you from purchasing from certain oversea websites due to fraud prevention. We would recommend using Paypal or GooglePay for your order or contact your bank to release the hold on your account.
You are responsible for custom duty taxes or VAT taxes before receiving your order. Your local delivery service will contact you for payment if there is a fee due.
