Usually, a declined transaction is the result of the incorrect billing address entered. Other reasons may be an incorrect postal code, card number or CVV code entered. Another reason may be your bank may think its a fraudulent transaction and placed your account on hold. Please check with your bank to take the hold off of your account. If the transaction still doesn't work, we suggest you try using another payment method.

Most clothing takes 3 to 5 business days to print. Shipping takes anywhere from 2 to 15 business days depending on your region. We ship most of our orders from our US fulfillment centers.
We use multiple carriers to fulfill our orders. Our last mile delivery are usually with USPS or DHL.
Our orders are shipped in batches to a local hub in your country. Then USPS or DHL delivers the order to your door.

We usually print on clothing brands from the US. We print on our own house brand as well as other major brands.

We usually don't accept returns on personalized products. However, if you received the wrong item, a shipping damage occured, or if there is a defect, please visit our returns page to submit a request.
